Keeping Whānau Safe.

Our policies supporting Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

At Visionwest, keeping whānau safe and supported is at the heart of what we do. We want everyone who connects with our services, whether it’s community whānau, volunteers, or kaimahi, to feel welcome, respected, and protected.

Our policies are in place to ensure safety is never left to chance. They set clear expectations for how we work together, how we respond if something goes wrong, and how we look after one another.

We regularly review these policies to ensure they reflect the best, most up-to-date practices for keeping people safe.
