WHĀNAU SERVICES

Community Housing

Visionwest Family Services in Counties Manukau supports parents and whānau to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships and build positive futures.

Transforming family life for good.

Sometimes whānau face challenges that can make family life difficult. Past experiences, ongoing pressures, and a lack of support can all have an impact.

At Visionwest, we walk alongside whānau, offering support, encouragement and practical help as they work towards positive change and stronger family relationships.

Our unique approach brings together social work, counselling, practical support and coaching, providing the tools and support whānau need to move forward with confidence.

Visionwest Family Services in Counties Manukau was previously known as Iosis, and was welcomed into the Visionwest whānau in July 2026. Read more about this journey here.
