Wraparound Support

WHĀNAU SERVICES

Community Housing

Whānau Services at Visionwest provide practical, emotional and social support that empowers individuals and families to overcome challenges, strengthen wellbeing and build brighter, more resilient futures.

Whānau Services at Visionwest offer a range of supports designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families in our community. This includes food support, budgeting advice, emergency housing assistance, counselling, advocacy and access to wraparound services. We take a strengths-based approach, recognising that every whānau has skills, knowledge and potential to draw on as they work towards their goals.

Whether providing urgent help in times of crisis or walking alongside whānau on their journey toward independence, Visionwest’s Whānau Services aim to restore dignity, foster hope and support people to thrive within their community.
