Kind and caring support in the comfort of your own home
Whether you need help with household tasks, personal care, medication oversight or respite care for your regular caregivers, you can trust our professional network of over 1,200 qualified Support Workers to bring compassion, care, and kindness to your home.
Our Support Workers are fully trained and are chosen for their caring approach, kindness, and compassion. They will visit you in your home, working with your whānau and our Care Coordinators to ensure your support needs are being met. We also have Care Managers and Registered Nurses on hand to provide an extra layer of support as required.

Visionwest Home Healthcare is a support service provided by Visionwest Community Trust – one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest not-for-profit community based Charitable Trusts.
Our home healthcare services are part of a wider network of supports, which include housing, food support, counselling, youth development, financial mentoring, early childhood care, and more.
Every year, we support thousands of people facing isolation, poverty, and homelessness with compassion and manaakitanga. Our services are delivered with a faith-led ethic and the integration of Kaupapa Māori principles.
For over 30 years, Visionwest have been delivering trusted home healthcare support, helping thousands of Kiwis maintain their independence and stay living in the comfort of their own home.
In-home Support Services are available in:
West Auckland, North Auckland, Waikato, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua and Taupō.
Individualised Funding Services are available in:
Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Taupō, Gisborne and Taranaki.
When I think about the difference Visionwest Home Healthcare has made in my life, I immediately think of freedom for a start. And peace of mind. And that the visits keep me mentally attuned.
We’ve had the same Support Workers for a long time, one for about ten years, so we know them well and have really good relationships with them all. The reality is, we’d be lost without them.
