Having enjoyed success at the North-West zone Westpac Business Awards earlier this year, Visionwest have now taken out the Excellence in Strategy and Planning Award at the Auckland-Wide event. We were also finalists in the Supreme Business Excellence Award.
The award ceremony, held on 17 June, 2022, is an evening designed to celebrate the best businesses and brings together all those businesses who were award winners at the earlier regional events.

To win the Strategy and Planning Award in a business setting is a significant achievement for a not-for-profit organisation and a truly fitting tribute to a team that has given everything to ensure the continued delivery of quality social supports to communities throughout New Zealand, especially during the past two years of COVID.
More than that, the award signals that business leaders and the business community throughout Auckland recognise the planning and organisation that has characterised Visionwest as we’ve grown from a small drop-in centre at the Glen Eden Railway Station to an organisation committed to supporting the vulnerable in communities throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
An award like this is a tribute and encouragement for every person who is a part of Visionwest. Visionwest could not survive without staff, volunteers, and supporters who are committed to fulfilling our vision of transforming lives and creating healthy communities throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
