There is support available to enable you to stay in your own home if you are struggling with day-to-day tasks due to an ongoing illness, age-related health challenges or you are living with a disability.

If you are applying for health or disability related support, you need a NASC assessment and to talk to your GP. NASC is the assessment team to determine the funding eligibility for both Health NZ and Disability Support Services.
