Long-Term Supportive Housing
Visionwest provides quality long-term supportive housing at an affordable rent. Our properties are located across West Auckland and Canterbury.
As a trust we own, lease and manage, two, three, and four-bedroom unfurnished homes in West Auckland and Canterbury. These houses have been chosen because they are safe, healthy, affordable, quality homes.
When whānau choose to live in a Visionwest long-team housing property, they are given the option of working with a Support Navigator (housing social worker) on an ongoing basis. The Support Navigator will work with whānau on their goals and on connecting them to other support services appropriate to their needs.
There is a referral and interview process for Visionwest long-term supportive housing.
There are no set limitations on the duration of stay in the long-term supportive housing.
