Medication oversight involves providing support to enable a person to take their medications safely.
Many older adults or people living with disabilities may be taking several different medications and will require assistance to ensure that they are taking them correctly and safely. Visionwest’s Home Healthcare Support Workers are fully trained and assessed as competent by Registered Nurses to provide this support.
Our Home Healthcare Support Workers treat all their clients in a respectful and friendly manner while being discreet, caring, professional and reliable. They also have access to the Visionwest network of services to ensure necessary support is always on hand.
