Visionwest’s Pātaka Kai provides emergency food parcels for families and individuals who find themselves in need of food support.

We understand that many whānau find themselves financially stretched at times. During those times, help with food support can make a big difference. The Pātaka Kai team of dedicated volunteers can provide individuals or families with an emergency food parcel that should last two or three days.

Pātaka Kai Hours

Pātaka Kai is open Tuesday to Friday between 12 and 2pm.
Come to 97 Glendale Road, Glen Eden.

Food Donations

You can support Visionwest’s Food service by contributing items directly to Pātaka Kai. Please drop off between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday.

Monetary Donations

Pātaka Kai exists because of the generosity of local individuals and businesses. Because food demand often exceeds the supply of donated food, we welcome monetary gifts. Every dollar given to Pātaka Kai goes directly to the purchase of food. Click here to donate.
