Visionwest feels privileged to be part of One Good Kiwi – a free app created by One NZ with the aim of helping rangatahi throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
Each month, One Good Kiwi selects eleven youth-focused organisations to receive a share of a $100,000 donation fund and YOU get to decide who receives it.
Throughout March, you can vote for Visionwest. It’s free, it’s fun, and it only takes a few minutes!
Supporting My Whare – Visionwest’s Youth Housing Project
Funds received by Visionwest will go directly to My Whare, our Youth Housing Project.
My Whare is an innovative response to housing youth in Aotearoa New Zealand and involves placing state of the art one-bedroom studios on residential properties to house young people who have had a challenging start. Our young people then become part of the host family’s whānau and are mentored by a Visionwest youth mentor.

If you’ve already signed up:
You’re good to go.
Just open the app and swipe left or right to find Visionwest.
Press the green token button under the Visionwest video to donate – you have 10 tokens donate each month.
If you haven’t yet signed up:
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign Up.
Select Kendra’s video to donate to Visionwest My Whare.
Press the green token to send your votes.
Get even more votes for Visionwest
You can ensure Visionwest get even more votes by:
• Encouraging your friends to sign up.
• Share what you’re doing on Facebook and other social media platforms.
