Because your rental property is an investment, it needs to be well maintained. That’s why we offer an intensive Tenancy Management Package to minimise potential risks.

Is my property suitable?
Most properties are suitable; from one-bedroom units and apartments, to multi-bedroomed homes, that are available for long-term (minimum of 12 months) rental.
How is the rent set?
Paid weekly, as a landlord, you receive the market rent as set by MHUD (Ministry of Housing and Urban Development).
Who selects the tenants?
Visionwest is responsible for tenant selection.
What am I responsible for?
The usual landlord responsibilities. i.e. insuring the building, normal maintenance, fair wear and tear (excluding tenant damage), fixed water rates, healthy Home compliance.
Who is my main point of contact?
You will be assigned a Visionwest Tenancy Manager for all queries.
What happens if someone complains about the tenants?
We take such complaints seriously – your Visionwest Tenancy Manager will handle all tenant issues.
What happens if I need to exit the agreement?
The normal process within the Residential Tenancies Act applies.
Who is responsible for ground maintenance?
Visionwest will be responsible for keeping lawns and general outdoor areas tidy.
