Gain three Level 2 Unit Standards over a power packed three-week course :
+ 9677 Communicate in a team or group which has an objective
+62 Maintain personal presentation and a positive attitude in a workplace involving customer contact
+57 Provide customer service (including being able to respond to a customer complaint)

Visionwest Retail Hero Competition T’s & C’s – Terms and Conditions.
1. By entering this competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. Entry is open to Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland, New Zealand) residents 16-19 years of age who have enrolled in the Visionwest Retail Hero course by 4th August 2022 and created an Avatar from the information provided after enrolment.
3. Avatars must also be created to be eligible for prizes and ready for the start date of the Visionwest Retail Hero course 8th August 2022.
4. Only one entry per enrolled student will be accepted. (one enrolment = one entry)
5. By entering the competition winners agree to their photo or video being published within Visionwest social media pages.
6. Prizes – 1 x $200 Mighty Ape voucher, 3 x UE Booms for random draw entries.
7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Winners will be announced at the end of the second week of the Visionwest Retail Hero course 19th August 2022 and also notified by direct message.
9. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
