Everyone deserves a special Christmas, but for many Kiwis this year it will be a time of stress and uncertainty.
That’s why, this Christmas, Visionwest is providing Christmas food and gifts to West Auckland families who would otherwise go without.
Last year, in collaboration with the Auckland City Mission and Glen Eden Baptist Church, Visionwest gave Christmas support to over 1,200 local families. This year, the need is even greater.
Between 9.00am and 3.00pm
Tuesday December 14th – Friday December 17th
Monday December 20th – Wednesday December 22nd
On these dates Visionwest will be packing and giving away food and gifts to adults and children who are finding things tough at the moment, many because of job losses or decreased wages as a result of COVID-19.
If you, or any of your friends or whānau are in need of food support this Christmas, be certain to book in for a Christmas From The Heart parcel.
Bookings are essential.
Bookings from whānau in need will be taken from 9:00am Tuesday December 7th – Friday December 10th
(Note – Visionwest’s Christmas From The Heart is operating in West Auckland only).
Lines are busy – if you can’t get through the first time, or if it says there is a fault (this is because the lines are overloaded), please keep trying. And remember, lines are open every day until Friday December 10th.
