Everyone deserves a special Christmas, but for many Kiwis this year it will be a time of stress and uncertainty.
That’s why, this Christmas, Visionwest is providing Christmas food and gifts to West Auckland families who would otherwise go without.
Last year, in collaboration with the Auckland City Mission and Glen Eden Baptist Church, Visionwest gave Christmas support to over 1,300 local families. This year, the need is even greater.
Between 9.30am and 1.30pm
Wednesday December 14th – Friday December 16th
Monday December 19th – Thursday December 22nd
Visionwest will be packing and giving away food and gifts to adults and children who are finding things tough at the moment, many because of job losses or decreased wages as a result of COVID-19, or because of financials struggles as a result of recent cost of living increases.
If you, or any of your friends or whānau are in need of food support this Christmas, be certain to book in for a Christmas From The Heart parcel.
Bookings are essential.
Phone lines open on Friday 9th December from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
